  • Here are some examples of how our services might be structured:

    In-Home Sessions: Working on targeted goals with the individual while also educating parents/caregivers on our protocols. We'll assist in creating plans and provide parents with written data.

    Community-Based Services: Focusing on achieving specific community-related goals.

    School Involvement: This may involve observation or attendance at IEP meetings, as permitted by the school.

    Ideal Service Schedule:

    Typically, we recommend a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, depending on individual needs and goals.

    At a minimum, we aim to have one parent meeting each month to ensure ongoing collaboration.

    Customized Services:

    Please keep in mind that these are general starting points for our services. We understand that every family has unique needs and goals. Therefore, we are flexible in adjusting the frequency and format of our services, and these details can be discussed and agreed upon during our initial consultation meeting to ensure the best fit for your family.

  • We offer multiple payment options, including:

    Private pay, with hourly rates and package deals available when addressing multiple goals.

    Acceptance of grant funds.

    HSA (Health Savings Account) payments.

    Private insurance, with in-network coverage for:

    Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

    Aetna.

    We can also assist with out-of-network pre-authorizations if desired.

    We are actively working to accept additional insurance providers in the near future.

    How are payments processed?

    All payments are securely processed through a HIPAA-compliant payment service, which will be set up at the time of agreed service initiation. Your privacy and data security are a top priority for us.

    Currently, our service area includes:

    Northwest Ohio, encompassing Lucas, Wood, Ottawa, and Sandusky Counties.

    Southeast Michigan, which includes Monroe, Lenawee, and Hillsdale Counties.

    Yes, absolutely. Our service area can and will expand based on requests and the availability of qualified staff. Your feedback and needs help shape our service reach.
